The SiC Furnace with temperature 1550 °C embedded S-Type thermocouple to ensure the excellent thermal effect. We manufacture high-temperature furnaces with a robust design that can embrace heavy loads.

The furnace is equipped with high-quality insulation fiber blocks. The operating menu is user-friendly with 4 line display that makes it easy to operate and using a phase angle firing method for protecting the SiC heating elements from damage. Equipped with a High cold-start heating rate.

The device design double shell housing, Lift up and sideward opening door facilities, and offer protective gas, connection, door switch as optional accessories. The SiC Heating Rods are horizontally installed in the furnace in order to provide uniform heating.
